Hey everyone, I havent really gotten anything yet. I found some of the crystal light "no name" sugar free singles in Walmart and tried them out. Not too shabby. Other than that nothing. I want to know exactly what I will need once I have my PATs done on Monday!!!YEAHHHHH. and start to collect everything. Oh I got beef and chicken broth on sale in Zehrs for 99 cents so I figured that was a good buy!

Sure am - I have only bought one plain protein powder and my liquid calcium.
I have also put in the scripts the doctor gave me to bring with me for post surgery - will pick them up tomorrow.
Have also bought a variety of Crystal Light packages for getting my liquids in.

so i recieved my samples of different protein powders from vitalady and i went to walmart and bought all of my vitamins. a week prior to surgery i will go get some of the food i need.

I would assume that is a big part of it anyways.and water of course.Dont count on me being right, its something they told us when I went to Hairdressign school. That was about 5 years ago.LOL

Thanks, Debbi! Yes, I know there is surgery for sagging skin but I would rather I not have to have surgery again. :-) If I don't get my eatinig under control I won't be allowed to have surgery!!!

Yayyyyyy!!! Isn't that a relief?? Insurance is paying off for a change!! LOL... It is a very scary and exciting feeling to know that it is finally going to happen isn't it? I am feeling so much better about mine now with all the help and support I've gotten here on OH. We all rock!! And we are all going to be big losers before we know it!!!!!! (and don't worry about the sagging skin... there is surgery for that too!! ;) )

Congrats Renee. I am also on Nov. 25th in michigan with Dr Poplawski. You are right , it will be here before we know it. I was thinking the same thing about decorating LOL. I want to be all done my shopping and wrapping and decorating before I go so I will be worry free. ahahahahaha Ya right "worry free"??? what the heck is that?? lol.
